Ali Alzaeem
Ali Alzaeem, born in Idlib, Syria, came to Germany with his family as a teenager in summer 2015 and now lives in Berlin. He enjoys acting and writing poetry. In 2016, he took part in a project at the Schaubühne Berlin and performed a play on stage. In 2018, he joined “The Poetry Project” and published several texts on its website. He has been involved in two book projects, most recently “Sei neben mir und sieh, was mir geschehen ist” (Eng.: Be next to me and see what happened to me, Verbrecher Verlag 2024).
