Don Mee Choi

Don Mee Choi, born 1962, in Seoul, South-Korea is a Korean-American poet and translator who lives in Berlin. Her translations of Kim Hyesoon earned her the National Book Critics Circle Award in Poetry in 2023. Her most recent publications include "Mirror Nation" (Wave Books, 2024) and "DMZ Colony" (Wave Books, 2020). She received the National Book Award for Poetry 2020.
