Ilija Đurović
Ilija Đurović was born in Podgorica, Montenegro, in 1990. He has lived and worked in Berlin since 2013. His last two publications are the poetry collection “Brid“ (Treći trg, 2024), and the German equivalent, translated by Maša Dabić and published under the title “Rand“ (Drava Verlag, 2024). His novel “Sampas“ (Treći trg, 2021) was a finalist for several prizes (NIN Award, European Union Prize for Literature). ‘Sampas’, translated by Elvira Veselinović, will be published by Drava Verlag in 2025.
