Julia Grinberg
Julia Grinberg, born in the USSR in 1970, grew up in the GDR and later in Ukraine. She emigrated to West Germany in 2000 and currently resides near Wiesbaden. Her early works were published in Russian and Ukrainian magazines, including Artikel, www.polutona.ru, Berlin.Berega, and later in German-language publications such as Fixpoetry, Signaturen, Mosaik, außer.dem, Ostra-Gehege, and anthologies like „Jahrbuch der Lyrik“ (Schöffling), „Fee Nummer 13“ (Elif), and „Worte in finsteren Zeiten“ (S. Fischer). Her debut poetry collection, “kill-your-darlinge“, was released by Gutleut-Verlag in autumn 2019. Her next book is set to be published by ELIF in spring 2025. She is a member of PEN-Berlin and Kurt Drawert's Textwerkstatt in Darmstadt.
