Salam Riazy
Salam Riazy, born 1982 in Bushehr in Iran, is a poet, composer, and music and sound therapist. He was an editor for the monthly magazine ‘Gozaresh Musighi’ and has written extensively on music and music therapy for various publications. Riazy is known for developing the ‘Consistency of Memory’ model, a preventive music therapy program for memory decline. He introduced „tuning fork therapy“ in Iran and developed the „changeTan“ instrument. His Persian translation of Greek poet Andreas A. Georgalidis’ „Barely More Empty“ was published by Patizeh Verlag in 2021. Riazy’s music albums include „zwischen null“, „Piadeh“ and „Az Bushehr“.
