Sylvia Fox

Sylvia Fox is a Brazilian-American poet and storyteller. She holds an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and currently lives in Berlin, Germany. Her work moves between the mythic and the everyday, with echoes of folklore and mysticism, the weight of memory, the textures of language, and the ways grief lingers in the body. Sylvia has received support from the Disquiet International Literary Program in Lisbon, Portugal, and the Tin House Summer Workshop in Portland, Oregon. Her debut novella-in-verse ‘Little Fish’ has been published in the US by Blue Cactus Press.
